NVA Pet Resorts is seeking a Professional Pet Groomer to join the Pet Spa Team on a part-time basis at our Chesapeake location. You will deliver breed-specific grooming, client consultations, and product recommendations to help pets look and feel their best.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of professional grooming experience preferred.
• Knowledge of breed standards, coat types, and grooming techniques.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsabilités

• Perform professional grooming services for dogs, including breed-specific trims.
• Conduct client consultations to understand grooming goals and expectations.
• Recommend services and products that support pet health and coat maintenance.
• Monitor pets for health concerns and communicate observations to leadership and pet parents.
• Maintain grooming equipment and a clean, safe workspace.
• Provide exceptional customer service before, during, and after each appointment.
• Follow all company policies and safety procedures.
• Grow sales to help achieve salon metrics and revenue targets.
• Attend team meetings and trainings.
• Other grooming/salon duties as assigned by site leader.
