Qualifications

• Pet Stylist Apprentice program completion or equivalent grooming experience.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Attention to detail and animal handling skills.
• Strong communication with pet parents.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services (bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts) per client instructions and breed standards.
• Operate grooming instruments and maintain salon equipment.
• Prioritize animal safety and well-being; report concerns to management.
• Educate pet parents on grooming maintenance and at-home care.
• Maintain a clean and sanitized grooming area and adhere to policies.
• May train and supervise entry-level trainees in the absence of a Grooming Salon Leader.
