Qualifications

• Pet Stylist Apprentice program with Petco or professional grooming training.
• Professional grooming experience or completion of a technical program.
• HS diploma or GED preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform professional grooming services (bathing, drying, brushing, haircuts) per guidelines.
• Operate grooming tools and maintain hygiene standards in the salon.
• Prioritize safety and wellbeing of animals and provide excellent customer service.
• Educate pet parents on grooming maintenance and home care.
• Maintain clean, safe grooming area and assist with trainee supervision when needed.
