Job summary

Nestlé Purina in Fort Dodge, IA, is seeking a Production Supervisor to coordinate first-line management of production planning, output, equipment maintenance, people management, quality and safety. • Manage and execute weekly production schedules.
• Coach integrated work groups to achieve results based on the factory’s continuous improvement plan.
• Ensure products are produced in compliance with key quality checkpoints and Good Manufacturing Practices.
• Support Total Productive Maintenance (TPM).
• Lead by example by enforcing a safe working environment for associates.

Compensation and Benefits

The approximate pay range for this position is $63,000 – $106,000. Pay is a good‑faith estimate at the time of posting and final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
