Job summary

Spot & Tango in Allentown, PA is seeking Production Associates for our new freeze-drying facility. You will be directly responsible for safe, efficient production of high-quality, human-grade pet food in a fast-paced environment.

You will work across a multi-room plant, follow SOPs, maintain GMP/HACCP compliance, perform QC checks, and support maintenance and cross-training efforts to master additional production rooms.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and teamwork required.
• Comfortable using computers, tablets, and basic software (ERP, MES, Microsoft Excel).
• Ability to operate production equipment safely and efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Operate in one or more production rooms after training and exams.
• Safely operate and monitor production equipment; ensure cleanliness and GMP/HACCP compliance.
• Complete QC checks, production reports, and inventory tracking; assist with maintenance and cross-training.
