Freshpet in Bethlehem, PA is seeking a Production Operator to help produce high-quality fresh pet foods. You will join a team operating equipment and moving ingredients through cooking to packaging ready-to-eat meals.

Requirements include 1+ year in production, ability to work independently and with others, and comfort in a 40-degree refrigerated setting. We offer competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years of production/manufacturing experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable in a refrigerated environment (40°F).
• Capable of lifting up to 50 pounds regularly.
• Basic computer skills (ERP and MS Office).

Responsibilities

• Operate production equipment to move ingredients through cooking to packaging.
• Follow safety-first practices and HACCP guidelines.
• Record batch data, temperatures, and inventory throughout the shift.
• Perform start-up, changeovers, and shutdowns of machinery.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of equipment and work areas.
