Pilgrim's in Russellville, AL is hiring for a production role on 1st and 3rd shifts. Pay is $18.00 per hour and you will work with knives and other production tools in accordance with USDA standards.

Responsibilities include observing equipment, maintaining a clean work area, and helping teammates while adhering to safety and food safety policies. A high school diploma or GED is preferred, with the ability to stand 8–11 hours in cool conditions.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Food or production experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Process product according to operating procedures and quality/quantity expectations.
• Observes equipment operation, notifying appropriate personnel of malfunctions or safety issues.
• Clean and organized work area.
• Assist others with the skills and knowledge gained from the position.
