Kerry Group seeks an R&D Technologist to join the Animal Health and Pet Nutrition team. You will develop, manufacture, test, and commercialize pet flavors and palatants for pet food, treats, and supplements in a hands-on lab and pilot plant setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or technical degree in a relevant science field.
• Experience in flavor development and formulation processes.
• Knowledge of pet nutrition and ingredient functionality.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and manufacture prototype formulations for pet flavors and palatants.
• Execute batch manufacturing activities following Master Batch Records.
• Support flavor development through formulation, blending, and process optimization.
• Assist scientists in evaluating product performance.
• Conduct analytical and bench-top testing of prototypes and finished products.
• Coordinate testing with analytical laboratories and perform self-service testing.
