You’ll handle payments, appointments, and daily notes in a fast-paced, pet-loving environment. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential, with flexibility for weekends and holidays.

Qualificações

• A genuine love for dogs and hospitality.
• Strong communication skills with excellent phone etiquette.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with a solutions-oriented mindset.
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs. occasionally.
• Flexible scheduling including weekends, evenings and holidays.
• Reception experience in veterinary, hotel, or hospitality setting preferred but not required.

Responsabilidades

• Greet guests and pups with warmth and professionalism.
• Check-in/out pets, update profiles, and process payments accurately.
• Answer phones promptly with excellent etiquette.
• Coordinate with grooming team and manage appointments.
• Inform clients about services, products, and updates.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming front desk and lobby.
• Keep clear daily notes for team communication.
• Execute opening and closing procedures and cleaning protocols.
• Assist with daycare play areas and kennel tasks as needed.
• Support culture and pet wellbeing across the team.
