Job summary

Faithful Companion is seeking a full-time Dispatcher at our Charlotte location. The role requires coordinating driver activity from routing to client communication, with afternoon shifts and one weekend day per week. A comprehensive benefits package is provided after 30 days of employment.

The position emphasizes strong communication, empathy, and operational accuracy to ensure compassionate service for families and their pets.

Qualifications

• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Empathy and professionalism when speaking with others.
• Detail oriented mindset with commitment to error-free service.
• Ability to lift at least 75 lbs unaided.
• Cell phone with ability to call, text, and GPS.
• Successful completion of a 4-panel drug test and background check.
• Flexibility with scheduling; evenings and weekends required.

Responsibilities

• Check in drivers when they return from routes.
• Serve as the main point of contact for driver communications.
• Assist multiple families simultaneously.
• Monitor vans to meet scheduled pick-ups and returns.
• Maintain Cremation facility and company vehicles in a clean state.
• Review work for errors to ensure excellent customer service.
• Determine procedures for each pet in our care.
• Administer the care of pets entrusted to us by clients.
