Dermatology for Animals, part of Thrive Pet Healthcare, seeks an experienced Veterinary Assistant in Oakland, CA for a full-time role. You will support dermatology procedures, outpatient treatments, lab work, patient preparation, and help with admissions, discharges, and client education.

Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of clinical veterinary experience as a Veterinary Assistant.
- Specialty experience preferred but not required.
- Positive work attitude, self-motivation, and strong communication and organization skills.
Responsibilities
- Assist with dermatology procedures and outpatient treatments.
- Perform laboratory testing and prepare patients for appointments.
- Support the care team through patient admissions, discharges, and client education.
