Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet (Blain Supply, Inc.) is seeking a Pet Department Head to lead the pet section, ensuring excellent customer service and efficient stocking. You will guide associates, handle special orders, and participate in seminars to grow the business.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills.
• Retail experience preferred.
• Willing to work evenings and at least every other weekend.
• Must pass a background check.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and stock the pet department areas.
• Perform Retail Store Clerk, Agriculture & Pet Duties.
• Determine work assignments and assign to associates.
• Train new associates.
• Attend Seminars at Blain Supply Inc. and other locations.
• Process special orders for customers.
• Maintain accurate on-hand balances.
• Assist customers and associates with problem solving.
• Assist loss prevention as assigned.
