Job summary

Mountain View Hospital is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our team. The role involves performing PET/CT exams, ensuring quality imaging, and documenting results in the medical record according to state regulations.

The technologist administers radiopharmaceuticals and coordinates scheduling for diagnostic and simulation procedures under physician direction. Requirements include ARRT (N) or NMTCB certification with BLS, at least 1 year in radiology, and proficiency with PET/CT operations

Qualifications

• Must hold or obtain ARRT (N) or NMTCB licensure; ARRT CT preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year radiology experience.
• Ability to operate PET/CT equipment and manage records.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET examinations per Radiologist protocols.
• Conduct QA and QC on PET CT equipment and hot lab.
• Maintain nuclear medicine records per state regulations.
• Administer radiopharmaceuticals under supervision per protocols.
• Prepare and review patient screening and safety procedures.
• Document findings and ensure timely EMR entry.
