Job summary

Shared Medical Services is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to join our #ONETEAM. The role requires performing nuclear medicine imaging procedures, managing radiopharmaceuticals, and ensuring patient safety with compassionate care.

Applicants must graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or be near graduation, hold NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N eligibility), and pass background screening and drug testing. Travel and scheduling flexibility may apply across multi-state locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a Nuclear Medicine Technology program or soon to be graduate from a Nuclear Medicine Program.
• Registered/registry eligible: NMTCB-CNMT or ARRT(N).
• Ability to receive permit to practice(s) as necessary.
• Ability to produce quality imaging with little supervision.
• Pass a pre-employment background check, urine drug screen and physical.

• Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals.
• Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines.
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality.

Potential for full time with guaranteed hours

Responsibilities:

• Competently perform imaging procedures, including administering contrast agents and radiopharmaceuticals
• Perform equipment quality check and adhere to quality assurance guidelines
• Maintain compassionate patient care, comfort and safety, while ensuring patient confidentiality
