Job summary

RAYUS Radiology in Columbus, OH is seeking a Part-time PET/CT Technologist to operate our PET/CT scanners and produce diagnostic images. You will guide patients through each step with clear explanations and maintain patient-centered service in line with professional standards.

The role requires NMTCB or ARRT registration in Nuclear Medicine, radiography training, CPR certification, and the ability to perform PET/CT procedures independently.

Qualifications

• NMTCB or ARRT registered technologist in Nuclear Medicine with current good standing.
• Graduate of AMA approved school of radiography.
• Current CPR certification and ability to perform PET/CT procedures independently.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT imaging procedures on designated body portions with minimal supervision.
• Screen patients, explain procedures, position patients, and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain RIS records, comply with safety regulations, and support department QA.
• Assist with protocol manuals, supply monitoring, and training of new staff.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and nuclear regulatory requirements.
