Job summary

Charlotte Radiology in Fort Mill, SC is seeking a PET/CT technologist to perform imaging procedures, prepare radiopharmaceuticals, and ensure patient safety and comfort under established protocols.

ARRT in Nuclear Medicine, PET/CT experience, an Associate Degree in Radiologic Technology, and BLS are required. You will work Monday–Friday, no weekends, with a sign-on bonus and opportunities to collaborate with physicians.

Qualifications

• ARRT certification in Nuclear Medicine.
• Experience and knowledge performing PET/CT imaging.
• Knowledge of radiopharmaceutical preparation, handling, and administration.
• Knowledge of radiation safety and protection standards.
• Understanding of cross-sectional anatomy and pathology.
• Proficiency in patient positioning and imaging techniques.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform PET/CT imaging procedures per protocols.
• Prepare, measure, and administer radiopharmaceuticals safely.
• Educate and comfort patients; ensure proper identification.
• Monitor for adverse reactions and respond promptly.
• Maintain equipment and perform quality control.
• Document results and maintain records per regulations.
• Ensure compliance with radiation safety standards.
