Fred Hutchinson Cancer Center in Seattle seeks a Nuclear Medicine PET-CT Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic nuclear medicine procedures and PET-CT imaging. The role requires certification, strong clinical judgement, and the ability to educate staff and students while maintaining safety protocols.

The position is 1.0 FTE, 40 hours per week, with a comprehensive benefits package including health, retirement, and paid leave.

Qualifications

• Washington State Radiologic Technologist Certification (Nuclear Medicine) is required.
• ARRT(N) or NMTCB certification or equivalent state license required.
• ARRT CT certification or NMTCB CT certification required within 12 months of employment.

Responsabilités

• Manage electronic data and transfer images to PACS with clinical judgement.
• Instruct radiology staff and students per department requirements; emphasize radiation safety.
• Perform visual maintenance, quality controls, and report results; take corrective actions when needed.
• Ensure adequate inventory of supplies and accessories; maintain organization.
• Coordinate and schedule examinations; initiate IV access for contrast/d radiopharmaceuticals.
