Job summary

St. Luke's University Health Network is seeking a Nuclear Medicine Technologist to perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine studies, administer radiopharmaceuticals, and schedule IP/OP procedures. You will adhere to NRC and state regulations while maintaining safety and quality standards.

The role requires ARRT/JRCNMT/CAMRT education with registry within 1 year, plus CPR certification. NJ license may apply for NJ locations.

Qualifications

• Graduate of ARRT, JRCNMT, or CAMRT recognized education program; must pass registry within 1 year of hire. If PET/CT, advanced NMTCB registry recommended within 1 year.
• For NJ based employees: Current NJ Nuclear Medicine Technologist License required.

Responsibilities

• Perform diagnostic and therapeutic Nuclear Medicine procedures adhering to department protocols and regulations.
• Educate patients about Nuclear Medicine procedures and safety.
• Conduct Quality Control on equipment per ACR standards.
• Demonstrate competency in venipuncture with radiopharmaceuticals and injections.
• Schedule IP/OP studies and manage radionuclide orders and handling.
