Job summary

Tennessee Oncology in Nashville is seeking a PET/CT Technologist to operate a hybrid PET/CT scanner and perform diagnostic CT exams under physician orders and radiologist guidelines. You will follow NRC and state regulations for handling radioactive isotopes, administer contrast when appropriate, document isotope dosages, and support patient care with strong customer service in a busy imaging center.

Responsibilities

• Operate a hybrid PET/CT scanner and perform diagnostic CT exams as ordered.
• Handle radioactive isotopes following NRC and state regulations.
• Administer contrast material when appropriate.
• Measure, administer, and record isotope dosage.
• Explain procedures to patients and address their concerns.
• Orient and mentor new staff members and uphold customer service standards.
• Follow Tennessee Oncology Imaging Center policies and procedures.
