Job summary

Petco Southington, CT is seeking a Clinic Lead to supervise field staff and ensure smooth vaccination clinics. You will coordinate clinic location, drive to sites, and uphold safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience supervising field staff and driving clinic operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide functional direction and supervision to field team.
• Capable of performing clinic team roles and coaching when needed.
• Safely operate company vehicle to clinics and office as driver.
• Lift up to 40 lbs as required.
• Communicate with customers and partners to manage issues during clinics.
• Coordinate with leadership at clinic locations for layout and crowd management.
• Ensure clinic paperwork is completed accurately and on time.
• Lead sales discussions during daily operations to drive performance.
