Qualifications

• 1+ year of receptionist or customer service experience is preferred.
• Previous experience in a veterinary clinic or pet care environment is a plus.
• Comfortable handling pets of all types and sizes.

• Schedule reservations and appointments using management software.
• Maintain organized client and pet records.
