Responsibilities

• Assist veterinarians and technicians to ensure quality patient care.
• Educate clients about pet health and preventive care plans.
• Maintain clean, safe, and organized treatment areas and labs.
• Monitor hospitalized or surgical patients as allowed by state acts.
• Prepare procedures and assist during surgeries where applicable.
• Mentor paraprofessionals and support staff as needed.
