Duties & Responsibilities

• Ensure that each pet parent and team member is treated with courtesy and respect.
• Deliver excellent customer service to pet parents.
• Follow through on commitments made to pet parents and to fellow team members in a timely manner.
• Complete assigned tasks in a timely manner.
• Partner with other team members to complete pet parent interactions, pet care and feeding, facility cleaning and maintenance.
• Communicate status and updates clearly both orally and in writing.
• Enrich the lives of dogs by providing a safe, enjoyable experience for each pet during every interaction.
• Adhere to all PV Bark policies and procedures.
• Other duties as assigned.

Physical Requirements

• Stand or walk for 90% of scheduled shifts.
• Lift, move, and carry objects over 45lbs.
• Bend, stoop, crouch, and kneel.
• Comfortable communicating with others throughout scheduled shifts.
• Ability to handle and touch dogs throughout scheduled shifts.
• Ability to control and walk a dog with a leash.
• Ability to read, write, and count accurately.
