Mission Pet Health is seeking a friendly receptionist for Keller Animal Clinic in Keller, TX. You will greet clients, operate a multi-line phone system, schedule appointments, and help keep the hospital running smoothly with compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Passion for providing excellent customer service and love for animals.
• Excellent communication skills, able to handle stressful situations with good judgment.

• Experience with veterinary software preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends/holidays.

Responsibilities

• Be the Director of First Impressions: manage a multi-line phone system, greet clients warmly, reflect compassionate care.
• Ensure Seamless Care Coordination: maintain accurate records, manage appointments, handle transactions.
• Advocate for Pet Health: educate clients on preventative care and hospital services.
• Embody Compassion and Empathy: stay a calming presence for clients and pets.
