Job summary

Destination Pet, LLC is seeking a Lead Animal Care Attendant to guide daily pet care operations. You will supervise a team, oversee meds, and ensure safety, cleanliness, and compassionate treatment of all pets during shifts.

Requirements include high school diploma, med administration experience, and CPR training. Evening, weekend, and holiday availability are needed; DailyPay is available for earnings between shifts.

Qualifications

• Med administration experience.
• CPR training is a big plus (we can help with that too).
• Calm under pressure and ability to guide teammates.
• High school diploma required.

Responsibilities

• Lead the pack during your assigned shifts—coaching, guiding, and setting the tone for pet care excellence.
• Work alongside Animal Care Attendants to ensure safety, cleanliness, and a high level of care.
• Train new hires on proper pet handling, procedures, and safety.
• Monitor health, safety, and wellbeing of pets; report anything off to the General or Assistant Manager.
• Serve food and water, provide daily TLC to every furry guest.
• Oversee meds and special needs guests; CPR trained caregivers preferred.
• Bathing and brushing dogs; maintain a clean, cozy environment.
