Destination Pet Pittsburgh is seeking a Lead Animal Care Attendant to guide daily care of our furry guests. You will supervise and support Animal Care Attendants, manage feedings, medications, and safety protocols while upholding top-notch cleanliness and care standards.

We're looking for a compassionate, hustle-driven individual who can lead a team, handle shifts with confidence, and ensure every pet leaves happier than they arrived.

Qualifications

• Experience caring for animals in a fast-paced setting.
• Ability to handle multiple dogs and tasks safely.
• CPR training is a big plus (we can help with that).

Responsibilities

• Lead the pack during assigned shifts, coaching and guiding pet care.
• Ensure safety, cleanliness, and a high level of tail-wagging satisfaction.
• Train new hires on pet handling and safety procedures.
