Job summary

You will lift up to 50 lbs, handle routine tasks, and work a flexible schedule including some weekends. Training and exposure to high-quality animal care are provided.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, good judgment and the ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Physical capacity to lift up to 50+ lbs and perform active kennel duties.
• Previous kennel assistant experience is preferred; flexible schedule including some weekends.

Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care for boarding and daycare pets, ensuring proper feeding, exercise and comfort.
• Monitor animal behavior and promptly inform the medical team of concerns.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of kennel areas, runs and surrounding grounds.
• Assist with inventory and collaborate with the team to keep operations running smoothly.
