Haile Plantation Animal Clinic is seeking a Full-Time Kennel Assistant to support a fast-paced, multi-doctor animal hospital and deliver excellent patient care and client service.

The role involves caring for boarding animals, feeding and administering prescribed medications, cleaning the kennel, bathing animals, and assisting with general hospital duties. On-site presence is essential to support teams and patients.

Qualifications

• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• Prior customer service experience.
• Prior experience working with animals in a hospital setting.
• Ability to work in a wet or warm environment.

Responsibilities

• Maintain back of hospital and boarding areas.
• Care for boarding animals and provide feeding schedules and prescribed medications.
• Maintain kennel area (cleaning and mopping) and bathe animals.
• Assist with general hospital duties and communicate with clients.
