Petco is seeking a Key Holder to support store leadership, open and close procedures, and deliver exceptional customer service in a Pet Care Center environment. You’ll supervise partners, solve problems on the floor, and ensure a safe, welcoming space for pets, customers, and teammates.

Qualifications

Retail experience required.
Experience as a key holder or supervisor preferred.
Strong leadership and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

Basic math skills and experience handling cash and transactions.

Responsibilities

Open and close the store, supervise partners, and serve as a point of contact when management is not present.
Deliver friendly, knowledgeable, and solution-oriented service to customers and maintain a safe environment for pets and partners.
Maintain merchandise presentation, pricing, signage, and stock levels in line with Petco standards.
Assist with inventory, planograms, and merchandising setup; support daily store operations and promotions.
