Job summary

Bridgeton Animal Hospital is hiring a Client Service Representative to greet clients, manage reception, and support veterinary staff. You will handle scheduling, records, billing, and client communications in a busy practice environment.

Responsibilities

• Leads opening/closing procedures per manager and clinic procedures.
• Keeps public areas clean and organized, front desk to exam rooms.
• Processes payments including cash, checks, and card transactions.
• Schedules clinic appointments per doctor preferences and workflow.
• Updates client/patient files and maintains accuracy of records.
• Sends client correspondence and reminders; manages callbacks.
• Backs up computer system and daily posting of business activities.
• Welcomes clients with a warm, friendly demeanor and ensures a positive visit.
• Handles emergency situations following clinic policies and guidelines.
• Addresses client concerns to ensure satisfaction with every experience.
