Bridgeton Animal Hospital is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver exceptional client experiences, manage front desk operations, scheduling, and record maintenance. The CSR will handle cash processing, communications, and client reminders while supporting doctors and staff in daily clinic workflows.

The role requires weekend availability, a high school diploma, and prior veterinary experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Ability to work on weekends as required.

• Experience in a veterinary setting is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Manage opening and closing procedures and front desk operations as directed.
• Schedule clinic appointments and maintain client/patient records.
• Process payments and update client correspondence and reminders.
• Answer phones with professional etiquette and provide exceptional client service.
• Support veterinarians and staff with daily clinic workflows and patient care.
