Job summary

Destination Pet LLC is seeking an Animal Care Attendant for our Onalaska location. This on-site role involves hands-on pet care with dogs and cats, including feeding, cleaning, and supervising playtime to keep enclosures clean and safe.

Qualifications

• This is an on-your-feet, hands-on position.
• Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs.
• Availability on evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.

Responsibilities

• Keep pet enclosures and play areas spotless, safe, and sanitized.
• Serve meals and water to pets as needed.
• Monitor health and happiness of each pet guest.
• Report any unusual observations to the General Manager.
• supervise playtime and assist with brushing and bath time.
• Handle laundry and belongings to keep areas clean.
• Make tails wag and ensure pets feel at home.
• Other duties as assigned.
