Key Responsibilities:
  1. Checking in patients and reviewing needs with clients regarding their pets while boarding
  2. Acquiring knowledge of our services to effectively assist clients and patients
  3. Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the highest standard of emergency care
  4. Accurately documenting all necessary information in client/patient records
  5. Familiarity with infectious diseases, prevention, and steps to reduce or eliminate transmission
  6. Maintaining a clean boarding area for patients
  7. Strong communication skills with both colleagues and clients
  8. Withstanding endless puppy kisses and kitty headbutts
