Position Summary

The Club Attendant is a vital member of the restaurant's service team, responsible for assisting guests in the premium club by delivering beverage orders to seated customers and bussing and cleaning tables as guests finish dining. Working closely with servers and kitchen staff, the Club Attendant plays a key supporting role in ensuring a positive dining experience.

This role pays an hourly rate of $10.00-$12.00 and is tip-eligible.

This position will remain open until August 22, 2025.

About the Venue

Baseball is back in Columbus! Synovus Park will be located in downtown Columbus, GA, and will be home to the Columbus Clingstones, a MiLB affiliate of the Atlanta Braves. This inaugural season, Synovus Park will host 69 professional baseball games.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in picking up drink orders at the bar and delivering them to guests.
  • Clear and reset tables promptly after customers finish dining.
  • Ensure tables are properly arranged and presentable for the next guests.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization in the outdoor dining area, clearing waste from tables as needed.
  • Collaborate with kitchen staff, servers, bartenders, and other personnel to ensure smooth service.
  • Regularly check and clean dining tables, chairs, and surrounding areas.
  • Wipe down tables around the dining area.
  • Assist with general cleaning tasks, including restocking supplies and cleaning glassware.
  • Help maintain an adequate supply of disposable plates, containers, and utensils.
Qualifications
  • Prior experience in a restaurant or food service setting is preferred, especially in customer service roles.
  • Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, lift and carry trays or plates, and navigate outdoor spaces comfortably.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills to interact with customers and team members.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize responsibilities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Willingness to work collaboratively with kitchen and service staff.
  • A friendly, approachable demeanor and commitment to excellent customer service.
