Social Pet Hotel and Daycare is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager to oversee daily operations, staff performance, and customer service excellence. You will support the Facility Manager in creating a positive environment for both team members and pets, ensuring safety and regulatory compliance while driving sales and efficiency.

The role emphasizes leadership, hands-on guidance, weekly reporting, and training of associates in a fast-paced pet-care setting, with flexibility to work weekends

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2+ years in a supervisory or leadership role, prefer in the pet care industry.
• Previous experience working in a pet care facility, such as daycare, grooming, or lodging, is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Oversee staff management and delegation to meet daily goals.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and resolve escalated issues.
• Manage daily operations for efficiency and safety.
• Assist in meeting sales targets and manage budgets and expenses.
