Digs Dog Care is hiring a Business Development Associate to drive our acquisition strategy from the Chicago HQ. You will build and nurture relationships with resort owners, manage multiple leads, and coordinate discovery calls and meetings.

Qualifications

• Experience in business development or client relations in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to engage owners and stakeholders with a warm, persistent approach.
• Proven track record of managing multiple leads through the sales cycle.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Foster relationships with acquisition targets via cold calling and networking.
• Coordinate discovery calls and in-person meetings with targets.
• Develop outreach strategies and adjust tactics as needed.
