Primo Brands in Dallas, TX, is seeking a Blow Mold Technician to operate PET injection equipment on a 5:00 pm–5:30 am, 2-2-3 rotating schedule. The role requires safety focus, teamwork, and the ability to lift 50 lbs over a long shift.

Initial compensation is $30.40 per hour with $0.50 raises after 90 and 180 days based on performance. Benefits include health, retirement, stock plan, and other perks. Prior PET equipment experience is preferred but not required.

Qualificações

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent experience.
• Solid computer skills including Word, Excel, Outlook and SAP.
• Ability to work independently or with a team and communicate effectively.
• Ability to move/lift 50 lbs over a 12-hour shift and perform basic math/readings.

Responsabilidades

• Safely operate, troubleshoot, and optimize PET injection and support equipment.
• Meet performance targets for injection.
• Ensure proper setup of injection machines.
• Monitor and adjust bottle processes to optimize quality and perform hourly quality checks.
• Communicate with upstream/downstream operators to maximize line performance.
• Execute preform and bottle changeovers.
• Maintain machine adjustment logs.
• Follow GMPs and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Assist with equipment repairs and maintenance as needed.
• Cross-train and perform duties of other team members as needed.
