Job summary

Gateway Services is hiring an Operational Team Member in Napa, CA. This full-time role runs Monday–Friday, 8am–4:30pm, with a pay rate of $21.00–$23.00 per hour (DOE) and an industry-leading benefits package.

You will operate cremation equipment, process cremated remains with care, and create memorial keepsakes, while upholding safety and quality standards. Training is provided; prior experience is not required.

Qualifications

• No prior industry experience required; training provided.
• Ability to stand, walk, and lift throughout shift.
• Careful with details; quality-focused.

Responsibilities

• Operate cremation equipment following established procedures.
• Process and package cremated remains with accuracy and care.
• Create memorial products such as paw prints and keepsakes.
• Perform quality checks to ensure orders are correct.
• Maintain a clean, safe and organized work environment.
• Work with teammates to meet daily production goals.
