Pet Meadow in Morrisville, PA is seeking a compassionate Pet Aftercare Client Services Representative to be the first contact for grieving families and veterinary partners, guiding them through the aftercare process with dignity, empathy, and care.

You will manage calls, emails, and in-person visits, schedule witness cremations, viewings, and memorial services, provide clear cremation information, and maintain accurate records while handling billing with confidentiality.

Qualifications

• Ability to support grieving families with patience and care.
