Job summary

Catseye Pest Control in Norwalk, CT is seeking a motivated Pest Control Technician to protect homes and businesses from pest problems while delivering high-quality service. You'll work directly with customers to understand concerns, identify issues, perform treatments and recommend solutions that meet their needs.

We’ll train you the Catseye way.

A CT Pest License is preferred, but not required. We provide the training, education, and support you need to become a highly skilled Pest Control Technician—and we pay for your continuing education and licensing.

Our technicians handle a wide variety of residential and commercial pest problems. Every day is different, and you’ll have the opportunity to develop new skills, solve problems, work with customers, and take on new challenges.

The Technician Role

As a Catseye Technician, you’ll help protect homes and businesses from a variety of pest problems while providing professional, high‑quality service.

You’ll work directly with customers to understand their concerns, identify pest issues, perform treatments and services, and recommend solutions that meet their needs.

No two days are exactly alike. You’ll encounter new challenges, learn something new, and have the opportunity to make a real difference for the customers you serve.

Physical & Job Requirements

• Must be physically capable of performing services on residential and commercial structures
• Must be comfortable climbing into attics, crawlspaces, and other confined areas
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and clean driving record
• Must be willing to complete a pre-employment drug test and background check
• Must be willing to work overtime and every other Saturday
