Job summary

Clark Pest Control in California is seeking a dedicated Pest Service Technician (Maintenance) to service homes and protect environments from pests. You will work outdoors, independently, and contribute to a proactive maintenance program.

No experience is required, a valid driver's license is needed, and the company will train you and cover pesticide license costs. A company vehicle and comprehensive benefits accompany this full-time role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver's license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Service and protect homes and surrounding environments from pests on residential accounts.
• Inspect structures, assess infestation severity and damage.
• Create diagrams of infestations and discuss work with customers.
• Coordinate with branch staff and handle daily paperwork/collections.
• Estimate crew time, schedule work, and manage equipment and supplies.
• Maintain company vehicle and equipment in safe condition.
