Job summary

Clark Pest Control in California is looking for Pest Service Technicians to protect homes and outdoor spaces from pests. You will service residential accounts, inspect structures for infestations, and plan treatment schedules while engaging customers with informed sales discussions.

The role offers paid pest license training, company vehicle and advancement opportunities. No experience required; a valid driver’s license is mandatory and licensing support is provided.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain the pesticide license within the first 90 days (company paid).

Responsibilities

• Control pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, tree/shrub care on residential accounts.
• Inspect homes to determine pest presence and severity.
• Create diagrams showing infestations and locations.
• Discuss work with customers and provide sales solicitations.
• Coordinate with branch staff and submit paperwork and collections daily.
• Estimate costs and schedule work; manage crew time.
• Receive and account for company funds; maintain equipment and vehicle.
