Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• No Experience Required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license within 90 days of employment (company paid).
• Ability to work in the field independently and manage route-based assignments.

Responsibilities

• Control pests, weeds, lawn fertilization, tree/shrub care and other agricultural pests on-site in a variety of residential accounts.
• Physically inspect residential structures to determine presence of pests and assess infestation severity and damage.
• Create diagrams/graphs indicating type, degree and location of infestations.
• Discuss work with residential customers and provide sales solicitations.
• Coordinate activities with department secretaries and branch personnel; submit paperwork and collections daily.
• Perform administrative tasks including ordering equipment, compiling reports, and calling customers regarding callbacks and stopped service.
• Determine costs, estimate crew time, and schedule work.
• Receive and account for company funds collected during business activities.
• Maintain company-issued equipment and vehicle in clean, safe condition.
