Job summary

Rocket Pest Control in Florida is seeking a dedicated Pest Service Professional to join a trusted team delivering safe, effective pest control solutions for homes and businesses.

You will manage a daily route, perform inspections, explain services to customers, and apply treatments with care, while upholding safety and company policies. Requires training, background checks, and a valid driver license; Saturdays required occasionally.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Successful completion of 30-day initial training with minimum two CEUs annually.
• Valid driver license; eligible age at least 21.
• Able to walk, lift 50 pounds, and perform physical tasks safely.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain service schedules for all customers on assigned route, calling customer prior to service.
• Inspect and troubleshoot pest infestations to apply sound pest control strategies.
• Communicate with customers before, during and after service delivery.
• Monitor infestation/rodent areas and pest application methods post-service.
• Respond to customer requests in a timely manner.
• Participate in ongoing training to improve skills.
• Complete service-related paperwork promptly and accurately.
• Maintain service vehicle, equipment and tools in good condition.
• Adhere to driving laws and company policies when operating vehicles.
• Ensure data integrity in PestPac and other software systems.
• Assist in Sentricon termite bait station checks.
• Participate in collection efforts.
