Sprague Pest Solutions is seeking a Commercial Pest Route Manager to lead a dedicated client route in Butte, MT. You will deliver pest control and inspection services, maintain a company vehicle, and grow accounts through referrals and add‑on services.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• 2+ years in route sales, facilities management, landscaping, or environmental services.
• 2+ years’ experience in customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality.
• Excellent communicator, both written and verbal.
• Ability to pass background screening requirements, including identity, criminal history and motor vehicle records checks.
• Ability to meet DOT physical standards, including a 5‑panel drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Manage a dedicated route of commercial clients.
• Work a flexible schedule to meet client expectations, handling urgent and unscheduled services.
• Provide pest control and inspection services at client locations with a professional demeanor.
• Respond quickly and professionally to client complaints and service requests.
• Seek opportunities to grow accounts and branch sales by asking for referrals and discussing add‑on services.
