Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Valid Driver’s License and satisfactory Motor Vehicle Record.
• 2+ years’ experience in route sales, facilities management, janitorial service, landscaping, environmental services, customer service, sales, retail, or hospitality roles
• Attention to detail and high standards of work quality
• Hunger for knowledge and professional development
• Competitive approach to both individual and team performance

Responsibilities

• Own a dedicated route of commercial clients and deliver pest control and inspection services.
• Respond quickly to service requests and complaints with professionalism.
• Adapt to client needs with a flexible schedule.
• Log leads for the sales team and support growth with referrals and add-on services.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and fully stocked company vehicle.
