Job summary

Orkin is hiring a Service Technician (Maintenance) to inspect and install pest and home protection systems, working with a crew to complete projects including attic and crawlspace services. You will perform light carpentry, communicate with customers, and maintain equipment on a daily basis.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in construction, roofing, HVAC, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to obtain a state pesticide license within 90 days (training provided).
• Comfort working at heights, in attics or crawl spaces, and in varying weather conditions.

Responsibilities

• Inspect and install pest and home protection systems.
• Work with a crew of technicians to complete jobs.
• Complete attic and crawlspace services, including encapsulation and insulation.
• Light carpentry work and site cleanup.
• Communicate clearly with customers and maintain equipment.
