Rollins Inc. through its Orkin brand is seeking an energetic Sales Inspector to drive home inspections and protective pest-control plans. You will meet homeowners, assess termite and pest risks, and present tailored protection solutions that protect the dwelling and family.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required.
Sales experience preferred.
Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification; training/licensing costs covered by the employer.

Responsibilities

Meet with homeowners to conduct comprehensive interior and exterior inspections.
Identify termite activity, pest concerns, and conditions that may increase risk.
Educate customers about inspection findings and recommended solutions.
Design customized protection plans based on each customer's needs.
Build trust through professional consultations and exceptional customer service.
Follow up on leads and generate referral opportunities.
Prepare service agreements and documentation using company technology.
Manage schedule and sales pipeline to achieve income and performance goals.
