Rollins, Inc.’s Orkin division is seeking a Home Sales Inspector in the United States. You will leverage competitive drive and top-tier service leadership to promote pest management solutions for a variety of commercial clients. Qualifications

• Sales experience required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to obtain pesticide license/certification if required (paid by company).
• Ability to work in the field independently and interact with clients both inside and outside of homes.

Responsabilités

• Serve as a problem solver for commercial clients by applying training to decide on pest solutions.
• Achieve sales goals through prospecting new business and assigned leads.
• Utilize marketing tools to drive new business development.
• Conduct inspections of interior and exterior of client properties.
• Make recommendations to clients based on inspections and address questions, explaining processes and setting expectations.
• Prepare sales agreements and stay organized using provided iPad; training will be provided.
