Broadview Pest Management is seeking a dependable Pest Management Technician to service customers across Washington, DC and surrounding areas. The role involves inspecting properties, applying IPM-based treatments for rodents and other pests, installing traps, and maintaining equipment and vehicles.

The candidate should be customer-focused, detail-oriented, and able to work independently on a service route within commercial and multifamily properties.

Broadview Pest Management, Inc. is growing, and we are looking for a dependable, professional Pest Management Technician to join our team and service customers throughout Washington, DC and the surrounding area.

What You'll Do

As a Pest Management Technician, you will:

• Inspect properties to identify pest activity, conducive conditions, and potential entry points
• Provide treatment and prevention services for rodents, cockroaches, ants, flies, occasional invaders, and other pests
• Install and maintain traps, monitoring devices, and exterior rodent stations
• Apply Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles to solve pest problems
• Communicate findings and recommendations clearly with customers and property personnel
• Maintain equipment, products, and your service vehicle in a clean and professional manner
• Work independently while communicating closely with our service and management team
